Jacinta and her two daughters - Jenna and Syrai travelled to Toronto from Spanish Bay, Newfoundland. I had never met Jacinta before. We've "talked" via Yahoo and exchanged notes on the Firefly board. JC IRL, is the same as she is vitually. Tash, my co-community leader hosted the BBQ and Jodi another Firefly mom was there with her two children. The kids had a great time. The food was wonderful.
We are selling our condo. Yep, packing up and moving out of the big smoke and back to my hometown. I have miscalculated how irritating selling your home can be. The condo went on the market on Thursday and we've had an average of three showings/day. Yesterday, we had an open house from 2-4 with two showing before and two showings after. Basically, we were out of the house from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.. Rémy was fabulous. We went to the Science Centre in the morning and we had a great time. He pretty much passed out as soon as we left. He napped in the car and we drove around and ran errands until he woke up. Oh yeah, we picked up poor Boz prior to the open house and tooted him around for a couple of hours.
So, here it is Sunday night and I'm bagged. We were out again all day today thinking we'd have to leave because of showings. Well, wouldn't ya know it, we just get home around 4 o'clock only to be notified that there is a showing at 4:30 and then another booked for 6 p.m. Ugh!!! Let's hope our place sells soon!
